Ongoing Work from The Studio of Paul Mullowney, and Mullowney Printing, San Francisco, California
New Studio at 931 Treat Avenue
September first marked the first year anniversary of moving into a new location in the heart of San Francisco's Mission District. 931 Treat is a 1400 square-foot facility where we are now set up for etching, photogravure, silkscreen, and letterpress.
2012 saw the publication of Sandow Birk's Monument to the Constitution, (pictured above, in progress), a major direct gravure etching in nine panels on handmade Japanese paper.
Workshops and exhibitions will be coming soon.

Sunday Nights Continue
Last night was a big turnout for a slide presentation of Chinese teahouses by Andrew Binkley and Wenying Shi.
Tom Faught, who once tried to get a tattoo when he was 17 but got sidetracked when he had to run out of the shop and chase his car which was being towed, has waited ever since for the right time to get that work done. Tania Arens was on hand so they got down to work right in the middle of the party.
Claudia Coonen was just back from Oahu with her daughters Luana and Momi. Shown here with my wife Cathie Byrne.
